Anyone knows what's the meaning of numbers that sometimes appear on G&W boxes flaps? For instance, in my first six japanese Multiscreen items there's a "#6000" inscription (please see picture below). Other similar inscriptions appear on japanese Widescreen items.

Hi there. It stands for 6,000 yen, which is what they were priced at by Nintendo Ltd. back when they were released.
