I've seen this ( i.ebayimg.com/images/g/iu0AAOSw7hRWPF9M/s-l500.jpg ) and this ( 3.bp.blogspot.com/-BjyPbID8-6Q/WIaH8dpbR...0161229_193449ab.jpg ) happen to screens and I've seen completely destroyed exteriors and ACL and Alarm buttons with black stuff on them ( i.ebayimg.com/images/g/qWAAAOSwdSRZ5ssI/s-l1600.jpg ) all of this can be avoided right?

Hi

I would store the games without batteries in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

I don't really know how such damages do happen. I suppose it is of using the games (often) and not safely storing them.

This one here

is very common for Multi Screen DK II. So I guess the polarizer is of not so good quality.

One more question, how do you keep the lcd from bleeding? I'm especially scared of that because it can't be fixed (here I was thinking you could fix any problem on a game & watch) too much sunlight/heat is the what makes the screen bleed right?.

beside heat, all old classic lcd's don't like pressure at all, they are fragile on mechanical effects ! Put your fingers too strongly on the screen can cause a bleeding effect, as they were toys for children, I can imagine this can be one of the reasons for bleeding in general?

my experience is, if you stock your games in a dry, standard temperature and not direct sunlight environment, you won't have troubles with bleeding, or let's say at least in all those years I am collecting, no single Game had suddenly a bleeding issues...
