gameandwatch.ch has moved to its new location

The moving did proceed without any problems. I only had to take down the databases and the forum for about three hours. But now, G&W.ch is running faster on the new server :grin:

A new year - a new update.

The data of the games from December 2007 are now in the database.

The database has been fed with the auctions of January 2008.

The Games-List (Excel file) is discontinued. Unfortunately it's too much work. But you can check the value of your games anytime at the price charts . Thanks for understanding!

A total of 1801 auctions and 620 serial numbers have been added. Now you can get the price charts for the month of February 2008.

I'm working on the relaunch of gameandwatch.ch and it's not far away to go online! )

The way it looks now, I guess that I'll do the relaunch by the end of this month.

I'll totally redesign G&W.ch and I'll add more information about G&W.

Finally!

On Saturday July 26th G&W.ch will be relaunched with new funktions, new design and more information about G&W.

That's why G&W.ch will be offline on Saturday 26th of July 2008 from 09.00h about until 17.00h


But you can visit G&W.ch at anytime to check the status of the updates if you like. You'll see the remainig time as well.

Another monthly update... this time for August 2008.

I've only added the auctions, but not the serial numbers. I will not fetch them in the future anymore, but the search for the s/n will remain online of course.

In the month of August, there was not much happening regarding G&W on eBay (or I did miss it...). Except for a special advertising version of Mario's Cement Factory. It was sold for a super cheap USD 39.99.

Maintenance on gameandwatch.ch

On Friday 28th of November there will be some extensive maintenance work on gameandwatch.ch. For this reason, the website will be offline from 13.00h CET (Paris, Berlin, Zurich, Rome) for about four hours. Sorry for any inconvience!

There is a new function on G&W.ch!

It would be interesting to compare the number of games and the yearly average price for each game and each year. Well, that's exactly what you can do now with the new charts by year !

Please note, that this new function is not fully tested yet. Maybe it shows some wrong values, mostly the percentages. The number of games and the yearly average prices should be correct.
