hi, i am new here, i subscribed because i like g&w, i don't have a great collection, only a dozen of them, but i bought recently a strange g&w, it's a fire widescreen but the front is in green color and the back is in blue, is it a fake g&w?

I have never seen a fake Game&Watch game itself. Maybe the color changed because of sunlight.

There are green Fire games out there, maybe you have one of these?

Could you post some pictures of your game, so we can have a look at it?

The game does look a bit strange, but I still don't believe that it's a fake.

I rather think the color changed because of sunlight or somebody did open the game and exchange parts of it.

What is the serial number? Unfortunately I can't read it from the pictures.

i don't think of sunlight, it's a half green and the other half blue
the serial number is 19984232

I did check if I have the serial number in the database. Unfortunately it's not there.

Maybe really somebody did use the case from two different games?

I found this thread, because i have the same game & watch with green front and blue back, i opened a new thread. For sure i know that mine was not manipulated, and also i know it can't be sun, because it was locked in for more than 20 years now. Only thing that could be is that the granulate from one part of the game changed somehow.

But maybe we both have a special version
