I have seen such games once in a while on eBay, but I have no idea who is the manufacturer and were they have been released.

But it truly sort of looks like a Game&Watch type Multi Screen clone.

Yes, the game looks similar to the G&W Rainshower. I still see this game once in a while on eBay, but I don't remember seeing it boxed or with instructions. Maybe a box or a manual (instructions) would help to get even more information on this game...?

I actually have the game now.

At first sight it looks almost exactly like Nintendo’s Rain Shower. It’s the same type of horizontal double screen with the same color scheme. Even the LCD characters look very G&W like. The gameplay is totally different however. It is in fact a Pac Man clone. Basically you control a dog that has to eat all the food lying around in the kitchen and avoid the two chefs trying to catch him.
