The Game&Watch where shipped in such shipping boxes (also called "shipper") to distributors and dealers. Even for an empty shipping box collectors pay between £50 and £150. A full shipper can get really expensive...
No surprise, full shipping boxes are extremely rare.

The games here not only have a manual in english, but a second one in french as well. Maybe they where meant for the market in France(?).

A very nice (and expensive) addition to every Game&Watch collection!
