As far as I know, nobody ever really has seen this Tetris, but I could be wrong. Regarding unconfirmed information, Nintendo was planning to release such a Game&Watch Tetris. If those plans or even a prototype ever did exist is unknown. It's believed that Nintendo did stop the G&W Tetris, because they did not want to compete their own successor of the G&W, the GameBoy.
It's unknown if this story about the G&W Tetris is true or not, the pictures here possibly are fakes. However, it's a nice and entertaining story, which makes the world of Game&Watch even more interesting and enjoyable.
