A few sellers are selling fake Game&Watch items on eBay. Be careful when buying G&W! 
Our G&W.ch member renozumi did send me pictures of a green Wide Screen Fire FR-27 (thank you very much renozumi!). There is such a game listed in the FAQ about special games, but now we see another one...So far it was unknown if such a green Fire is real or a fake. Since we know of two such games now, we can assume that it's real. The game from renozumi has the model number FR-27 imprinted on the back side. But it's not absolutely for sure if this game is a different one or the same which is listed in the FAQ.
The game was bought from a seller in Hongkong. renozumi writes:
By the way: I did sak the seller where he has the game from: From a flea market in Hongkong (the parcel arrived from Hongkong as well).
We don't know how many of these Fire with a green case were manufactured and why. Was it a production error? Or is it still a fake? But why should someone "repaint" the case of a Fire?
