Are there more such games out there? Let's wait and see if and when Oil Panic Petro Lewis number 3 will appear ...! ==> Link to the Auction or Download as PDF

Mickey Mouse Panorama for over $1'000 !
Monday, 01 November 2010 08:54
The prices for the Game&Watch games change all the time. This depends on the demand and the number of games on the market, the rarity and the condition. A very rare game is the Game&Watch Panorama Screen Mickey Mouse. It's very difficult to find this game including its box. Regarding the auction database, there were four games only sold this year so far. That could explain the rather high end price of this Mickey Mouse here. The game was sold on October 31st and it went for USD $1'235.00! The average price for such a game usually is about USD $600.00 to $700.00. It looks like some collectors just have been waiting for this a game to show up on eBay... ==> Link to the auction or Download as PDF

Rare game or a trick?

This Snoopy Tennis is for sale on eBay. The blue buttons and the slightly colored screen are very conspicuous. Is it a very rare misproduction or just a trick?

Blisterpack-Party!
Monday, 08 March 2010 13:12
Most Game&Watch games were sold in the well known carton boxes. But some games made it onto the market in a blisterpack. We know that these games were sold in the USA and some countries in Europe. There are not many blisterpack games around very often, which makes them very rare. Many collectors really like this rare kind of packaging for Game&Watch. A collector of Game&Watch has sold four of these blisterpack games on eBay lately:
- Donkey Kong Junior, New Wide Screen, ca. 121 Euro | (Auction / PDF)
- Donkey Kong II, Multi Screen, ca. 131 Euro | (Auction / PDF)
- Mario Bros., Multi Screen, ca. 262 Euro (Auction / PDF)
- Punch Out, Micro vs System, ca. 205 Euro (Auction / PDF)

Extremely rare Game&Watch game
Sunday, 31 January 2010 10:43
Besides the standard Game&Watch games, there are special country specific versions. One of them is the Pocketsize version, which was released in the USA and in Canada by Nintendo of America (NOA). The Pocketsize versions differ in their boxes from the standard versions. Their boxes are more colorful and cartoon like. One of the rarest Pocketsize games was sold on eBay recently: Micro vs. System Punch Out!! (Boxing, BX-301). The end price was EUR 214,50 which is very low!

Interesting eBay tools
Wednesday, 04 February 2009 08:08
Members of eBay can add any auction to their watchlist. Only the seller can see the number of people watching his auctions. But it would be interesting to know for all bidders and members, how big the interest in the auctions is... Since the end of 2008, the member ID of the high bidder/buyer are anonymous. They are shown like m***a for example. Well, it would be interesting to know who the high bidder and the final buyer is. Now you have the possibility to see the number of members watching the auctions and even the full ID of the high bidder/buyer, if you know how to do it!
