There is no ON/OFF switch. If you want to turn it off you must remove the batteries.

The 'green thing' is the original packaging of the batteries. The red stickers were meant to be placed over the battery cover and the case of the game (half/half), so the battery cover would not come off easily. This way children could not swallow the batteries. Here is a closeup of the caution sheet: Click
