Shipping
Worldwide shipping. All items will be packaged very well and shipped with the Swiss postal service. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items. For international shipping, there are different shipping methods:
- Economy standard
The items are shipped by Economy, uninsured and without tracking number. Delivery time is about 10 to 15 working days (= two to three weeks). - Economy Track&Trace
The items are shipped by Economy, insured and with tracking number. Delivery time is about 10 to 15 working days (= two to three weeks). - Priority standard
The items are shipped by Priority, uninsured and without tracking number. Delivery time is about 8 to 12 working days (= one to two weeks). - Priority Track&Trace
The items are shipped by Priority, insured and with tracking number. Delivery time is about 8 to 12 working days (= one to two weeks).
Payment
Payment is done by prepayment. There are two methods for the payment:
- Bank wire (bank transfer) - recommended method
For customers from Switzerland there is a Swiss bank account, for international customers there is an EU bank account in Germany you may use. The bank information will be shown once you have gone through the checkout. Usually there are no bank fees when making a transfer within the EU. But if bank fees apply, they must be covered by the customer. - PayPal
Not recommended. Alternatively there is PayPal. If payment is done with PayPal, a (high) fee applies. This fee covers the expenses for PayPal, money transfer and the expenses for currency conversion. The fee is shown in the shop when going through the checkout.
Rebates, discounts
All prices are final. Orders of a value of 200.00 and up get free international shipping (by Economy with Track&Trace).
Returns, complaints, warranty
All items are sold privately. All items are used without any warranty. No returns. Only in case there are big differences between an item and its description and photos in the shop, it may be returned within seven days upon receive. The cost for shipping the item back must be covered by the customer.
